At our studio, we’re experts in the art of dyeing natural fibers. We meticulously manage our environment to ensure the yarn you take home is pristine, whether it’s for your personal collection or an upcoming project.
While our studio is free of smoke, we do share our space with our beloved non-shedding French Poodles. They’re part of our family and contribute to the joyous atmosphere without affecting the yarn.
Should you need to return your purchase, we accept new, unopened items within 7 days of purchase or 3 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original state and packaging.
For the safety of your Pianna Yarns treasures, keep them in an intact ziplock bag to shield them from dust, scents, or moths.

Sale items are final sale. No returns on sale items will be granted.
INCORRECT ITEM/S SENT
Should we send you an incorrect item in error, we will discuss the sending of the correct item to you, as well as the return of the incorrect item/s. Please contact us via email: info@naturalyarns.co.za.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Yarn / other items which have been prepaid and/or ordered in or dyed especially for you, may not be returned.
ORDERS MADE IN ERROR
If an item is ordered and paid for in error, a full refund will be given if we are notified before the item/s are shipped. Should the item/s have been shipped, the shipping costs will be deducted and the return of the goods will be arranged by Pianna Yarns.
Refunds will be made via the payment method used to pay for the order. Should the item have been paid for by credit card and an EFT refund is granted, the credit card fee paid by Pianna Yarns for the purchase transaction will be deducted. A credit coupon may be requested instead of a refund.
If an item is ordered and paid for in error, a refund will be given if we are notified within 12 hours of the order being placed. Refunds will be via EFT. Should the item have been paid for by credit card, the credit card fee paid by Pianna Yarns for the purchase transaction will be deducted. (Only the total amount received will be refunded). If a request for returning items has been granted, a credit in the form of coupon code valid only at https://piannayarns.co.za will be sent to you for the amount paid for the items only. This credit may be used in conjunction with other coupon codes. Credit coupons / refund will only be sent once the returned items are found to be in the same condition that they were sent. COSTS OF RETURNS
Return of items will be at your own cost, and must be traceable (they must include a tracking number). We cannot accept losses during postage of returned items. Returned items must be returned within 7 days of being received from us. Credit coupons will only be sent once the returned items are found to be in the same condition that they were sent in.
